On Sunday, April 30 at 7:00 pm at the Cathedral of the Incarnation, The Nassau Chapter of the American Guild of Organists invites you to an Organ Recital featuring our own Raphael Atilla Vogl and his fellow Julliard Doctoral Candidate Theodore Chang. Music featured will include works by Schumann, Ralph Vaughan Williams and Reger, and transcriptions of works by Bach and Saint-Saens. They will be playing our newly renovated Casavant Organ.
Raphael is our Associate Organist and Choir Master here at the Cathedral, and is originally from Germany, where he began his studies in Regensburg. He has performed in concert halls and cathedrals across Europe and America.
Theodore Cheng is a Hong Kong born organist and composer, who attained his M.M. at the Yale Institute of Sacred Music. He is the recipient of several awards and has performed across three continents.
Tickets are $20 and will be sold at the door. 13 and under are free.
