In my beginning is my end: Thinking about the creation and consummation of all things

During the month of September, the liturgies at Incarnation Chapel will celebrate Creation Season. In addition, we invite you to dive deeper in theological reflection. The Bible’s wisdom helps us understand the created order, our place within it, and our vocation to “cultivate and keep it.” At the same time how do we live as Christians in a time when climate catastrophe looms large? Our care for the earth has something to do with our human hope and destiny. Cultivating and keeping the earth direct our vision to God’s future.

Over two weeks we will reflect together on the beginning – the early chapters of the Book of Genesis, and our destiny in the new creation envisioned at the end of the Book of Revelation.

Wednesday September 18 and 25, from 7-8pm over Zoom. Register on Realm.
